This department boasts 8 production lines responsible for manufacturing tens of thousands of metal mesh frames for RiLiang’s dish-rack baskets on a daily basis.

This department encompasses two functions: inspection and packaging, as well as dip-coating, with two production lines for each function. It is responsible for surface treating and dip-powder coating the rough metal mesh frames, and ultimately assembling them with plastic components to complete the finished product.

The injection molding department comprises an injection molding workshop and an injection molding assembly workshop, which are responsible for the production and manufacturing of plastic components for bowl baskets and other products.
